The people at the top work the least. They expect to sit back and have everyone else make them money. Getting support from them is like pulling teeth. The owners son took over a few years ago and company policies have been thrown out to cut corners. He has hired his friends to be in charge and they only care about making money. This review only applies to the Cincinnati and Dayton offices.

Toxic to the core! If you weren't being scrutinized for some idiotic metric that had nothing to do with the success or failure of your job, you were being thrown under the bus by your own manager for their ineptitude to do their own job sufficiently in need of a scapegoat to blame. A culture of negativity through self-preservation permeates this place, and with it creates an "us vs them" environment between employees & management. These issues are interdepartmental and not isolated to just one sector, but throughout the entire organization (as supported by the revolving door of former employees). There is a very good reason why you will see postings 24/7/365 on various different job board platforms that never seem to get taken down. My best advice - RUN!!
