The employees, the co workers there are great.

Cons

The owner, she is unprofessional and holds anything and everything over your head. She lies about the process and makes your job much worse than it should be. She is the reason this company is not worth working for.

I don’t feel as there were any.

Cons

Accounting department was extremely hostile and would purposely set you up for failure.

There's Better Out There..

Pros

My direct boss was fantastic and worked within the limitations he had, and there were many.

Cons

- Doesn't pay as well as they claim it will - Unfair territory distribution. One Exec shouldn't have all of the opportunity - Coworkers were definitely bullies and acted childish when they didn't get their way - Gas allowance is way too low with the new tax reform - Commissions being paid out over a 6 month period is really inconvenient
