Bullying tactics by senior managers are used to manipulate situations and further their own careers. Culture of promoting people that are less likely to challenge the decisions of senior managers has resulted in teams being lead by inexperienced individuals. Lack of formal management qualifications across mid and senior management means those entering the business with higher qualifications than current managers are prevented from making the changes necessary to improve systems and processes. Ironic for a quality department.

Poor leadership. No training. Told it was hybrid and only did that 4 weeks before full time office. Very negative. Not flexible with children. Treated like school children. Speaking behind peoples backs. Low morale. Told to keep personal conversations away from office time. Lied to on a number of occasions, however I am not silly and I knew these were lies. Zero trust (especially for a company of ones value is TRUST).
