Pros
CivicPlus stands as the best place I've ever worked with regards to culture. The core values stand to keep employees focused but everyone is encouraged to collaborate, be as comfortable as possible, and join in the incentives and events the company offers. Employees in my department generally feel appreciated and there is a wide acceptance of all different personalities. However, the company also follows their Work Hard Play Hard mentality. They expect high performance and are good about rewarding those who work hard and follow the core values.
Cons
Salary is considered low for the amount of work many positions require of their employees. There is a lack of communication between the departments, and in some cases, the employees don't feel like their VPs are in touch or knowledgeable about what they do.
