Work-life balance and unlimited PTO makes it bearable.

Cons

Zero transparency or trust. Management is toxic, constantly micromanages and only cares about AI and sales. If you befriend a manager, you'll be fine, even if you're terrible at your job. Salaries are below market average and raises are tied to performance reviews, so expect "meets expectations" every year.

Work life balance and great people.

Cons

An issue is NEVER fixed. A new process is just created on top of said issue to create new issues. And that sums up the company. Constant unnecessary changes. They complicate things that does not need to be complicated. If you voice your opinion, they say you aren't open to change. Or dont adjust well to change. They are heavily relying on AI. And the lay is very much lower than the average csms in the US. The pay is actually horrible. They change bonus structure so often that hitting bonus is almost impossible. And they do not communicate changes. At times we dont have bonus information for month so ita not even a factor.

Business motto “making government work better” matched my life goals

Cons

Insight Partners planted Executives with anti-people goals. When an company brings in a leader promoted by the majority shareholder that oversteps the CEO, and main goal is to make the company match investors’ needs verses customer needs, you are looking at a dying company. One that rots from the inside out.
