      Pros

      Very flexible work space with great employees. Free soda and first Friday gatherings. Solid product and process. Great Clients.

      Cons

      Leadership changes strategy many times with out full planning. Little chance for advancement. Too metric driven within the company decision structure that leads to more reactionary decision making than proactive.
