Pros

Remote position. Flexible time off as well as you get all normal holidays off in addition to government holidays. But the best part about this company is the people. From others in my position, to my direct manager, to our executives, Civicplus has hands down the best group of people I’ve ever worked for. They genuinely care about their employees and go above and beyond to ensure you are successful. I’ve worked for places like Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and hotels.com and none of the hold a candle to the culture and values that I’ve experienced at Civicplus.

Cons

The pay is fair but not as competitive as others. However the work/life balance I believe makes up for that.

Not really much to say

Cons

Complete churn and burn sales organization. People getting fired and hired weekly. There OTE is a normal base salary at any other job. Don’t come here to climb the latter , some people have been SDRs for over 2 years. Would highly advise other offers
