Pros

I loved the laptop and summer hours. I thought it was going to be a good flexible place to work

Cons

Micromanage to the EXTREME. They track the minutes you’re on a call. They send out everyone’s audits to embarrass everyone and worst yet they cut our bonuses.

Working remote, job is easy if you can navigate a computer.

Cons

Work goals keep going up but the bonuses have stayed the same. There is no room for advancement unless the higher ups like you.
