Nice people. Family style atmosphere among some of the department. Great for someone fresh out of undergrad! Every now and then someone brings donuts.

Cons

No defined career path. Misrepresented role and responsibilities. No telework. It's IT for goodness sakes! Catch up! I came here to increase my experience in project management, but I spend more time as an executive assistant.
