      Great place to work! Supporting management that encourage personal career growth. Exposure to challenging projects and exposure to the opportunity to make changes to current and new processes. You feel like your opinion matters. Excellent benefits in a very positive environment!

      Pros

      I love my job, the management and senior agents are always willing to help. They all are very approachable. They are always trying to find ways to reconize and make the agents feel appreciated. It is a job I don't dread being there. We get summer hours (who would not like that) our birthdays are reconized. They understand life happens and are willing to work with you. Great work life balance. I always feel appreciated
