      Great manangemnt- very open 24 hr parking advancement opportunities awesome co-workers great work-life balance

      Cons

      Work at MultiPlan was great. I have no Cons about the company. Just an unfortunate job layoff.

      Dedication, loyalty, and excellent work ethic mean absolutely NOTHING when downsizing...constantly downsizing!

      GREAT pay and benefits. Casual dress. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Terrible management, especially when being managed from a different state (i.e. New York). Terrible communication company-wide. Little to no respect for others. Little appreciation/recognition from management. Unfair environment - not everybody is treated the same; usually 'who you know' matters most in getting what you want, when you want it; unjustifiable means taken. Nothing seems to be confidential; everybody knows your business.
