      Pros

      Bright people. Interesting work. Great team. Clear business objectives. Excellent benefits. Highly supportive management. As a relatively new employee (less than 6 months) Multiplan is proving to be a great organization to work for. I would recommend to a friend without hesitation!

      Cons

      The complexities of healthcare and the ever changing business environment creates both opportunities and challenges. Healthcare is not necessarily a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      I have loved working here since day one. It is great to have a common visions and goals that everyone is committed to completing. Everyone is a pleasure to to work with as well. The benefits far exceeded my expectations.

      Cons

      Not much that I can think of, would be nice to have a set WFH benefit for those who have to deal with terrible commutes.
