Great benefits and the people you work become like a family.

Cons

If you write an anonymous complaint to HR it is not anonymous. Some in HR break confidentiality and bring complaints directly to leadership and the names of the employees. If someone in leadership gets in trouble anyone lower is the sacrificial lamb and will be terminated.
