      Pros

      A great company to work for with excellent benefits and compensation. The Company is continually partnering with Clients to stay ahead of the market industry in order to offer the best solutions to their business needs.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but often fast paced & changes directions quickly; however this is in order to accommodate the needs with in the current industry.

      It was a pay check.

      Cons

      Management did not want to deal with employees that were trouble makers. Instead they encouraged it by not eliminating them. When I verbalized that I wanted to terminate these people I was terminated instead. Over the next year all of the people I wanted to terminate were.
