Pros
I've been here for almost 10 years. I love working here, much flexibility (at least in my dept): do your job and nothing else matters. No micromanagement, very good atmosphere. They're constantly working on the office, fixing up bathrooms, kitchen, we have a beautiful kitchen!! With gourmet coffee of 20 flavors lol. And the bathroom is gorgeous!
Overall, the company seems to care for the people that work here. Nice benefit package, I think everyone gets a bonus. There's a raise every year. Also stock sharing in the form of 401k deposit. They also match half of your 401k contributions. Pretax transit, flexible spending account, and of course medical and vision. Really nice Christmas parties with tons of pics after, summer Fridays. Omg lol. I'm sure I'm forgetting some.
Back to work. Very respectful, always take the time to say "good job " (it matters, at least to me), we also have an appreciation program. Overall, this company is very employee friendly.
Cons
I can't think of any. If I was still under my old management that was here for my first 3 years I would have listed a bunch of things. But they're gone and I truly don't have 1 bad thing to say.
