Not many pros about this company. Some of the people are nice, but that is outweighed by the leadership

They're only worried about the bottom dollar. The processes and policies are not followed, which leads to conflicting assignments.

Pros

Great benefits. Very relax dress code. You can wear jeans everyday to work. They also have a wonderful summer work schedule. During the summer months everybody gets off work on Friday at noon.

Cons

Management is not the best. The management area is lacking and needs revamping.
