Pros

Great stepping stone to gain knowledge and add skill-sets. Friendly work environment. CEO appreciates the work done on all levels and goes out of his way to show it. Same cannot be said about his senior management subordinates.

Cons

Career advancement is very limited in all areas. Raises and promotions could be better. Bonus is almost non-existent if you're below Director level. Anticipate annual layoffs and staff reductions,

Managers have all been very nice. Atmosphere is laid back. Only have to work 6 hours on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Flexible hours.

Cons

Repetitive work. Difficult to advance. Pay doesn't increase year to year.

Pros

This company has a lot to offer! There are friendly co-workers, flexible schedule, decent benefits, summer hours (fantastic bonus to have), activities committee, monthly team lunches, community feel, and a open door policy company wide. The company also pays quarterly bonuses based on performance. A great incentive to stay on track!

Cons

At times the "gossiping" can be unprofessional. It makes some people feel left out. There is not many opportunities to move up.
