Pros

Very positive culture that starts at the top with CEO, Dale White. Flex time/summer hours. Great people at the executive and senior leadership level. Reasonably priced benefits.

Cons

Nothing is perfect but these guys are close. If I were to point out one thing - maybe a shorter runway to 401K vesting but that is nitpicking.
