Pros
Summer/winter hours, and the job is remote. Benefits were ok.
Cons
There were so many red flags from the first day of my employment. If you are looking for a rewarding career, keep looking because this is not it. Too many politics, too much favoritism, constant changes, lack of interest in employees. No real training is provided to employees so it is important that you are comfortable self teaching. The metrics change 2-3 times a year and bonuses are slim. There is low morale and no room for growth. Horrible reporting and processes
