      Members in all department are very nice and knowledgeable. Company respects and values my work ethics. HR department is wonderful and always available to help and guide. Company offers growing opportunity. This company is wonderful for work with.

      Pros

      Great team, competitive compensation, good benefits, a lot of opportunity for growth. Uncharacteristically good work life balance for a larger company.

      Cons

      That you cannot roll over PTO -- you should be able to roll over at least a week's or even two days worth of PTO as even with the best planning due to the accrual schedule most people still end losing time at the end of the year. It also places management in a position where they are most likely going to be short staffed at the end of the year as employees submit last minute PTO requests in an attempt to utilize all available time.
