      Nothing really redeeming, they were very flexible regarding office hours, as long as you worked 40 hours per week you were OK, they offered summer hours

      Cons

      the company is not really set up for promotin or career advancement, there is not really any openings available, for the better "career" type jobs. They are age-ist, they systematically laid off the older employees in the department, then restructured the 401k vesting schedule by extending full participation out an additional year, so unfair.

      It was an ok job. Moderately interesting, but not much training.

      Cons

      Micro-managied. Traffic near office complex awful. Lots of meetings.
