Cons
No raises for 2 years. Took away summer hours, then gave them back like they were doing us a favor. Tons of extra work and new systems and no compensation. Certain people in senior or training positions talk down to employees, and make it uncomfortable to ask questions in fear of being made to feel stupid. CEOs and others getting 11 million a year in compensation via salary, stock, etc. and employees cant even get a cost of living increase.
