Great work life balance, I do not feel pressured to be on my computer at all times which I have experienced at other tech companies. The people are kind, it feels like startup culture but corporate level of success and complexity.

Cons

The work is complicated so it's easy for different domains to get siloed but this can be alleviated with reaching out to others and understanding what other projects are being worded on.
