      Work life balance, a focus from leadership on promoting internally and focusing on career paths rather than 'a job'. Technology Leadership Program ensures MultiPlan continues to foster young talent who will be the next generation of leaders. Feeling like the work you do matters - especially my experience working on member products and delivering transparency with healthcare costs to ensure they have the information they need to make the best possible decision in regards to their healthcare.

      Cons

      In my 7+ years of experience with MultiPlan, I really have only experienced tremendous benefit and investment in my career.
