Colleagues are intelligent, talented, and motivated. Flexible hours.

Cons

Annual layoffs, constant reorgs, travel ban, hiring freeze, and resource scarcity. Leadership is out of touch with staff. CEO held a town hall the same week a wave of layoffs took effect. When told staff were "afraid," the CEO offered a denial, saying none of the "thousands" of staff with whom he spoke shared similar sentiments. The result was dispiriting. Best to avoid this organization if you have other opportunities.

Some great and talent people.

Cons

Very siloed organization that is struggling to obtain a coherent overall vision of what they want to be. Could use a purge of middle management to get fresh eyes on what actually happens day-to-day. These folks are inhibiting progress.

Pros

Many long time loyal employees and colleagues dedicated to their work.

Cons

Extremely top heavy; all hoped that with the change this will not happen. Clarivate continues to hire VP's - approvals for actual workers desperately needed are slow or non-existent. Recently hired armies of sales or marketing people but if no resources are approved and no people are hired on the ground WHAT will they sell?
