Not much. Vacation time maybe but nothing else.

Cons

I was having mental health problems for a few years and still getting my work done and hitting the target goals. And as well took the least amount of days off than my team members which new hires already took two weeks off after being there for 2 and half months. My manager told HR he wanted to fire me after I reported my issue to my manager. A month later I was fired. Clarivate is a toxic work place. The clarivate department team director also shared confidential pay statement of another co worker in a Microsoft chat. A tip for current employees, look for a new job to leave. Tip for people applying or wanting to work at Clarivate, run! Do not work at here.

Some good products. Also some folks passionate about the mission.

Cons

Some problems that large companies fall prey to: Poor/manipulative exec leadership. Example: CEO laid off the inside sales staff so he could open a sales center in his hometown (Chandler, AZ), presumably to impress his golf buddies. Also, execs come on board, hire their favorite people wherever they live, then stick the company with those dregs when they move on after a few years. Execs also seem unable to properly manage strong moneymaking products and build a path to the future.
