      So many changes with no industry experience managements

      Good benefits, remote work environments

      Many organization changes over the past 5 years almost every year, stock prices down so much, almost entirely new management team on board without the industry expertise, not sure which way we are heading, good leaders with industry insights left the company.....

      Pros

      Allows for remote work in many locations around the world.

      Cons

      Company has very little "infrastructure," with most HR functions completely self service. Benefits are lacking and don't compare well with my previous company, which was bought by Clarivate. (They will nickel and dime you to death.) Company made no effort to roll over HSAs or 401(k)s, leaving it entirely up to employees. Clarivate gobbles up companies with poor execution/integration post-merger.
