Peers in sales team were fun to work with

Disorganized mess. No organization from the top down, from changing bonus structure in the middle of a quarter to not having any set product presentations this company was a mess. I have never had to create my own product email or presentation 2 weeks into a job until this one… very odd and not effective. No real sales leadership (there was 1 good VP in sales but they booted him a month before I left). Pay was low and sales cycle is long so not able to rely on bonus to supplement income.

Sr. Leadership is completely tone deaf and out of touch with their employees. While some changes have occurred, it will be a long slog to change the culture.
