Great people and industry, had really good diversity of thought and perspectives but will those will fall apart soon.

Cons

New CEO is mandating a return to office even though we have been more productive at home. Ask is to go in even if our team is not in same location, feels like ‘face time’. Have heard stories of people being forced to commute long distances to sit in office and video chat with others in different parts of world. Rumor is he move office in his city to be 5 minutes from his house but asking others to commute 1 or 2 hours.
