The few co-workers who hadn't left over the years

Employee turnover. Consistent re-structuring/re-branding year after year. Chaotic workflow. Management talks a big game but their actions certainly don't follow suit.

Health coverage, 401k, a somewhat global culture

Cons

Old technology that is hard to fix or upgrade. Harassment, demoralizing style - terrible managers. HR will protect the bad guys and lay you off, so quit when it gets out of hand. Know your rights and seek legal help. Then find another job. Clarivate Analytics is going to be sold off anyway, one business unit at a time; once the very senior management made this decision, they left, and were replaced by temporary C-level people whose job is to cut costs then sell it off.
