Stress can kill you. Too much work and load lack of man power and trainings of new tech being used.

Close to Starbucks and Peets Coffee. And...not much else

Cons

Technology and services are pulling stripped apart. People are leaving on a weekly basis. P&E owned, waiting to be cut up into tiny pieces.

As other mentioned, excellent flexibility.

Cons

Since PE acquired the business salaries have been negatively impacted. Management is under tremendous pressure to increase profits so it's all about cost cutting and insanely high sales targets. Top performers not rewarded, there's zero brand recognition, and the brightest employees are leaving.
