Good people, constant reorganization

Pros

Clarivate takes good care of employees with great benefits and good work/life balance. The work is always interesting in life sciences.

Cons

Ongoing acquisitions and consequent turmoil at the top and constant reorganization makes it very difficult to identify a growth path that doesn't disappear in a month. Revolving sets of new management and new reporting lines means goals and metrics and management styles are constantly in flux but you're still expected to meet the preferred metrics of the current boss. Senior management is overwhelmingly old men.
