Flexible work schedule; remote working;

Company does not pay for expenses incurred working from home (e.g. add'l electricity, heat, phone), claim the salary covers it. top management keeps changing; India seems to get the preferential treatment; a lot of talk from Jerre Stead on how wonderful and great Clarivate is, but little action. Unless you're top management, your concerns are pretty much ignored. Health insurance is not great. Time off is still "old-school", with sick leave and vacation separated.
