Pros

Day-to-Day relatively smooth. Coworkers are usually very helpful and friendly. My team members and coworkers are the top few reasons I am still here. Location is very easy to get to- they provide a shuttle from PATCO and Regional Rail to front door of office Due to my specific job, my work/life balance is very good with the work from home flexibility and summer hours. Disclaimer: not all departments get these benefits.

Cons

Management- including my own manager- is so wrapped up in the game of politics that they are rapidly losing sight of "long term" goals, or really any goals at all. Employees should not feel threatened or scared for their job security by simply answering an email honestly or speaking to someone that is not their direct manager (politics, politics, politics). Benefits are awful and expensive compared to other competitors and our 401k match was just decreased by 1%. Turnover rate is consistently high. Resource constraints are bearable, but if we continue down the path we're currently going, I fear it will become worse. I honestly cannot say I know one person whose been placed in the last 6 months from a promotion standpoint that wasn't externally hired.

Pros

- They used to be the IP&S business of Thomson Reuters and their benefits package is from the TR era which is above the average.

Cons

- Everything is broken and takes months to get fixed (vendors don't get paid, employees don't get reinbursed, customer payments got lost). - Poor management. - Culture based in costs, not in customers or employees. - Very limited career opportunities. - Nobody cares or understand about local work laws which make complicated work for them in Latin America.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and acknowledge that the transition to new independent systems has been challenging. The culture we are building as a new company is one of trust, performance and customer centricity. We have invested heavily in our technology and in the opportunities in untapped markets. The Latin American market is a big part of this and we appreciate what you are doing on a day to day basis to get us there! We are sorry you feel you have limited career opportunities and we invite you to have those discussions with your leader. We have a number of learning and development education and seminar programs and we hope you take advantage of those. My peers and I are committed to ensuring our employees feel heard, so I hope you take an opportunity to reach out to discuss what is working and what is not.
