Pressured, low morale and leadership with no direction

Pros

flexible working global company excellent products talented staff (what's left after recent redundancies and significant volume of leavers)

Cons

leadership only focused on comfort zone - not investing in products for many years that they don't find comfortable lots of in-fighting very political processes and systems make day to day working harder

Colleagues are excellent One or two teams allow flexible working

Cons

Racism, all senior positions are hired from outside (who bring in hordes of their former direct reports) and bullying. This leads to cliques, favouritism and truly stressful working environments. The management in some teams is aggressive and offensive. Flexible working is not possible unless you work for one of a handful of line managers. I have seen and reported concerns about the treatment of valued colleagues to no avail. Senior leadership is aware of the issues but as of yet, not acted. If you get hired, best of luck. You'll need it.
