Corporate Bullying at it's best

Pros

You will find that most of your cowirkers are very good people The social events and volunteering activities are pretty nice Pay pretty much aligns with market rate

Cons

Benefits could be better Corporate bullying from executive leadership No work life balance No clear direction, managers are not allowed to managed Horrible processes and systems HR is aware of the climate of the org yet does nothing about it

Management stifles employees and creates toxic culture

Management allows for favored employees to work flexible/remote schedules. Some offices allow for casual wear. Some salary positions even pay out overtime.

Cons

Toxic culture of bias towards “yes” employees that management surrounds themselves with. Gender bias present at least at some locations.
