Flexible working hours, which provide convenient working Offices situated centrally in London Good employee benefits especially pension scheme, which company contributes

Cons

There is no scope for developing as an employee and lack of recognition for doing well. Gossip is strife and the people are very fake, which makes it a unpleasant work environment. Office politics is everywhere and the company is always looking to cost save with managers who micro manage. There are also too many managers and cost savings could actually be made if this was rectified. The pay is not is not the best.

Pros

Brand new, highly qualified leadership team who are investing in products and people. Lots of communication and visibility from the top down. Nice people to work with . Good pay. Ability to work across multiple geographies. Interesting product lines that collectively support the innovation life cycle ultimately helping to advance the world we live in.

Cons

Internal systems and processes can be arduous to get things out the door. Much of this is caused by separation from TR and is fading overtime as the company builds and invests in its own programs, infrastructure and processes.

Pros

If you reach manager level or above, life is chill and work pressure is low. Some are planning to retire from here. Nice office area, coffee, office trips and lots of fun activities

Cons

The work is not as good enough as they hire people. They hire some people from best universities in India and engage them in useless work. No skill development. And to perform this kind of work, one just needs to be good at google search. Salary is not as per a systematic slab. A manager can get even a lower salary than entry-level employees. No appreciation of hard work and no value of smart people. A lot of politics for petty issues.
