A fresh start, work from home, maintained most of the company benefits

Cons

High turnover in sales. Just doesn't quite feel the same. We used to have blow out,grand sales meetings in Florida and Arizona. Now they're in Philly or NY. You can feel they're trying to save money to resell the company.

Pros

Lots of work to do, never dull.

Cons

People are bullies, no career growth opportunities, focus of management is on what private equity owners want - not what is nest for the company. Not enough people to do the work properly.

Pros

Compared to the last 10 year of stagnation under Thomson Reuters lack of investment Clarivate is moving firmly in the right direction. A new entrapeneurial leadership team is implementing strategic growth initiatives which will cement Clarivate's market leading position in many industries. Great benefits and there are some amazing people working here.

Cons

This is a company in transition and there are some pains associated with that. Still some of the slow moving policies and systems from the TR days. Some business units are not as positive as the others, Derwent in particular needs to learn it's own identity to be as strong as WoS, CompuMark and MarkMonitor.
