Cons

State and government mentality regarding anything facilities related Lack of clear responsibility for pretty much everything - hiring, facilities, decisions in general take forever

Pros

Nice and talented people Remote work and flexible hours (depending on the team) Yearly outing 30 vacation days 2 paid volunteer days Several cultural and charity activities Reduced hours on Fridays and July-August Health insurance, although with ASISA, one of the worst in Spain Transport vouchers for tax reduction (not paid) Restaurant vouchers for tax reduction (not paid)

Cons

No real agile methodologies, just using the tools Restaurant and transport vouchers exist but are not paid Not many people enjoys the reduced hours, although HHRR helps and encourages it Salaries are not very competitive Health insurance is low cost

Pros

Decent commission pay for sales reps hitting 150%+ of target. 401(k) and other benefits are pretty decent, except Employee Stock Purchase Plan under Thomson Reuters was cut in June. There previously was a lot of flexibility with working from home and other arrangements but those have tapered off a bit. Although the products are rapidly slipping backwards compared to competitors, they're still generally close to the top in terms of quality of content (not necessarily quality of overall tool).

Cons

Products are quickly becoming severely out of date and Product Leaders are leaving the company and not being replaced Competitors are catching up and customers are taking notice Clarivate Analytics is a lousy name/brand that customer are not responding to Clarivate continues to market itself as "Thomson Reuters lite" in both marketing efforts and recruitment efforts yet no one is buying it Low base salary and commission plan is worsening every year Poor career advancement opportunities Inflexible and difficult to work with middle-management Exhausting work environment, burnout culture Starting to see high turnover rate with little success in recruitment Very against constructive change or ideas in middle/upper management
