      Early days for a new company with lots of promise

      Pros

      It's new and has a big vision, with lots of new leaders and lots of change. I see this as positive. Long term staff unhappy it's no longer Thompson Reuters and it has changed. It's inevitable, with new owners. Central London offices, good transport connections, decent offices. The work is interesting - global and working on stuff that has a real purpose. Salary is competitive.

      Cons

      A grumbling culture in some corners of the business. Being new and going through so much change is very challenging. The hours are long and there is just so much to do and often it's difficult to just know who to go to, or who is accountable for what.
