      Serious Culture Problems

      Pros

      Work from home possible. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for the employees. Employees stagnate in positions that provides little satisfaction or room to grow. A hierarchical structure in which management and employees are at odds. Lack of fairness. Playing favorites. No leadership support for new initiatives.

      Pros

      Your paycheck is on time, global offices, interesting analytics to learn. Work from home culture can be flexible.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely political. Most teams are filled with expatriates from the same companies. Recruiting is incompetent and dated. People are often misled about their role details and then held accountable for things unknown. Management will smile brightly in your face while stabbing you deeply in the back.

      Comfortable work environment. I get to work with the latest technology in storage and data center consolidation.

      Cons

      The only cons so far are from dealing with transitioning from one company to another after acquisition.
