The company can be a good start for undergraduates and for those who decided not to work in academia by different reasons.

Cons

The chances that you will be recognized for your work are negligibly small: there is no significant development, no promotion, no salary raise. The managment is mainly build up from nonprofessionals, who make almost every decision or initiative imposible. Instead of taking a responsibility and thinking about the future, the managment is always blaming the strategy and wash their hands free from all consequences. As the salary is not competitive at all, the company is hiring badly educated persons who cannot make any contribution to the existing products. Good professionals are leaving.
