Marketers ... run away

Pros

The holiday and time off policies are competitive. I also have some great colleagues who are genuinely good people, who try their hardest despite challenging situations.

Cons

If you are in marketing, run away. The sales team treats marketing extremely poorly. Expect to be ridiculed and for sales colleagues to act as if you have no brain if you work here.

Nothing to be really honest unless free cab excites you.

Cons

1) likes more machines and squeezes of personal life. So no personal life or a balance. 2) Employees arent valued at all. Be it the treatment, be it the policies or anything you will keep getting frustrated or probably repent over your choice - for me and some colleagues i know this is more of a career mistake when you are someone who had worked for big 4. - not an org that you can honestly develop your skills you'd rather want to save it up for yourself to avoid dilution. - if you are hardworking you are just dumped work with unrealistic deadlines and if you arent - viola you have all time at your disposal to shop or even hit a mall. - management doesnt even want to listen or focus on pressure distribution or reward talent. They are happy to let go.
