-Great discount -Great benefits -When you have a good team, it's usually a positive work environment That's it for pros.

Cons

-Ridiculously low pay for what is required -Zero work-life balance -Zero communication to DM or RM if you are not the Store Manager -Policies are constantly changing so everything is extremely confusing for employees -The company opened too many stores too quickly and resulted in many stores missing budget year after year -It is too hard to fire employees. There are several store managers that should not still be employed and it affects every employee within that city -Zero training

Pros

The benefits package is amazing. The company helps their employees grow through computer purchase programs, educational reimbursement, and memberships into organizations that provide alternate income insurance (such as the Two-Ten program). Also, all departments are accessible for any questions you might have company-wide. This is becoming a little more controlled as time goes on, but individuals can ask questions from a variety of department heads if questions arise.

Cons

There is a lot of whispering and HR seems to reprimand individuals on an inconsistent basis and for trivial things. Hard work does not move you forward or pay you more, it just gives the coworkers a head's up that you are capable of receiving more work (often times, theirs).

Great work/life balance, excellent health benefits, free & discounted shoes.

Cons

Way too much upper management, no leaders, parent company makes it tough for us here in the USA to succeed again. Company recently upgraded to SAP and didn't have a single clue how to manage it. Complete chaos.
