Poor management!!! nothing gets relayed on employees on days off and everything: only management knows everything and nothing gets communicated to the staff at all..... Management is stuck up and no one speaks another language for management when it’s a tourist destination.... looks bad on the company Weird thing is only part time employees Team Lead is full time and part time. Can’t move up in the company
