Great place to work. Everyone is friendly and social. random days off, great little bonus's. cool building. good benefits.

Cons

UK invasion will happen soon, powers that be struggle for power, everyone wants to be the boss... hurts company. lots of people that have been there too long, cant handle change.

You make the company $10,000 they give you $600 minus all the returns you receive that week! End up with 200 bucks......we pay the price Commission ONLY and your going against many others who don't play FAIR! Who make commission plus a base!....it's ridiculous Don't expect any "good job!" way to goes or keep it up! Expect praise more like " that's it?!" you could have done more! if they can use you they will They don't care what's going on in your life, someone died? your sick? you look like hell? Too bad sell shoes! It ABSOLUTELY Sucks!! And it's just a hand full of management that make this place the reason I hate life right now! Never stop looking for work......you'll see
