Pros

Pay was competitive at the time of hire. A very respectable benefits package (low premiums and comprehensive coverage with low monthly out of pocket). Fairly High Degree of Autonomy.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth. After reaching the level of store manager employees are encouraged to take on increasing numbers of responsibilities with a tacit promise of eventual promotion. Actual promotions or raises were, in practice, extremely rare. The bonus structure made it extremely difficult to collect bonuses.

Benefits were good and if you lucked out you had a great team.

Cons

District Managers are horrible and only care about themselves. They are rude and heartless.

Pros

There are no pros to this company. I started working for them in 2012 and I dedicated my time to this company, just so they can end up firing me. The reason I was fire was because my numbers "were low" but to be honest I met every sale goal. I even got a 100% in a mystery shop the month I was fire.

Cons

Work 45 hrs per week No pay raise Managers get paid 300 per week plus a lame 2.3% in commission People get promoted because they mess around with upper management Upper management never communicates with in store managers
