You're able to help families.

Cons

The hours are not stable, supervisors have no idea what they are doing, and no one communicates. There are little advancement opportunities and the pay is a joke for everything that they have you do. The turn over rate is really high, hence why they are always hiring.

FBR doesn't care about ethics, and will burnout their staff from unreasonable demands & backstabbing female management.

The clients can be endearing.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. Corporate structure means it's all about the money. I was told to "bill hours" and yet when it came to pay for travel time and notes, I was discouraged from clocking in the actual amount of time. Staff rides a fine line between not documenting many of the client's bad behaviors (all forms of abuse to staff, including hitting, biting and verbal abuse) and writing barely enough neediness to justify services.
