For me, coaching. I have an excellent coach and mentor teachers. There is also a lot of opportunity for growth if you're willing to put in the work. Classicorps is awesome because I feel supported and get to have a fellowship at Relay to earn my masters while teaching. It's a lot of work but if you ask for help, its there. I also feel heard by administration. The culture is different at each school, but at my school at least, I really love the people I work with and the scholars make every bit of hard work worth it-- they are the best, brightest and sweetest.

Cons

Not crazy about the behavior management system and the lack of scholar autonomy. Hopefully there are positive changes to address these concerns in the coming school year!
