Pros

Full transparency from management on the vision, direction and future of the company. Amazing team culture, the definition of a work hard - play hard environment The company has a stiff wind in it's sails, the growth has been incredible Tons of upward mobility for those deserving Half day Fridays on the last day of the month!

Cons

Not really a con, but if you are looking for a 'cool laid back San Diego' company then you are barking up the wrong tree - this is an extremely ambitious business and the lazy can need not applly

Pros

Classy lives 100% by their core values and mission. If you don't exemplify these things, you're not getting on the bus. I've never worked with a group of people who are so passionate about what they do, who work so hard, and have fun doing it. It's a very supportive environment where everyone wants their colleagues to succeed and helps out wherever they can. Company culture is of utmost importance to leadership; they take the time to invest in their people and the office environment. There's more transparency at Classy than most other companies. The CEO makes it a priority to be visible and enable the team to be successful. He gets to know each employee personally and wants each person to have a job they like and are good at.

Cons

The constantly changing plans and priorities common in start-up environments are present here, which can be tough until you get used to it. Classy doesn't pay top dollar salary at this stage in its life, though it does try to make up for this with other perks, such as in-office yoga class, vavi sports teams, catered lunches, hosted coffee bar, happy hours, half days, and a long holiday break. There are always growing pains when a company expands rapidly, which Classy is experiencing. People do complain about things changing, such as more company policies and structure being put in place. But leadership is careful to try to maintain the small company feel as we grow.
